Parker Meggitt, a recent addition to Parker Hannifin, is a global leader in the Commercial and Military Aerospace markets, specializing in a wide range of products including fire and smoke detection systems, extinguishing systems, bleed air overheat detection systems, actuators, rudder pedal assemblies, pumps, fuel gauging systems, and high-temperature cables. Located in Simi Valley, CA, this site is within the Fire Safety & Power Systems Division (FSPSD) and is a key supplier in select energy markets, particularly in nuclear gas analyzers and nuclear containment vessel penetration cables. We work directly with some of the largest aerospace companies in the world, including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Lockheed Martin, among others. DIVISION PROGRAM & CONTRACTS/CX MANAGER JOB DESIGNATION The Division Programs & Contracts/CX Manager is responsible for leading program execution, contract management and customer experience across a division, ensuring customer commitments, financial objectives, compliance requirements, and operational milestones are met. The role typically oversees cross-functional coordination among sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and legal teams to deliver programs on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy. Responsible for the integration of consistent program management and contracts management methodologies for all division programs. Leads a group of program managers, contracts managers, and customer service team members accountable for assigned customers, market segments, or entire product lines. Leads and directs major programs throughout the program lifecycle including those with the highest level of complexity, risk, and strategic impact to the Division and Group. This includes oversight of the Division Program Management Office (PMO). SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION Provides leadership and is responsible for a matrix team and has direct reports. Has regular and frequent interaction with customers, executive, and Division functional managers; coordination across multiple sites or across divisions. Typically serves on the division staff reporting to a General Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures customer requirements are met and are in the best interests of Parker by creating the program charter, baseline plan, and other program management components. Ensures that the cost basis and/or pricing is correct by evaluating resources requirements, and performing risk analysis. As described by AGS PRM-01 (Program Management Policy).
