Job Title : District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) Employment Type: Full-Time Location : Hoffman Estates, IL / Zone Office About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager based in Hoffman Estates, IL. In this key dealership consulting role, you will partner with 10-11 Honda/Acura dealerships to drive genuine parts sales, optimize service operations, and maximize customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with dealership management to achieve wholesale parts and accessory sales volume targets. • Elevate Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance across assigned dealership service departments. • Implement Express/Accelerated Service initiatives to reduce customer oil change wait times. • Increase dealership advisor and technician technical training completion percentages. • Consult on service marketing, customer pay repair order (CPRO) growth, and warranty administration. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work experience. • 3-5+ years of automotive wholesale or retail dealership parts and service management experience. • Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies, dealership financial statements, and service workflows. • Demonstrated consultative sales ability, customer relations, and business planning capabilities. • Clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
