Distribution Technician

Job Overview We are hiring a full-time Distribution Technician for a licensed cannabis facility in Orange County, CA. This position focuses on the receiving, organizing, tracking, packing, and preparing cannabis products for distribution. We're looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving records through data entry with high accuracy. Pick and pack orders, operate an order picker or pallet jack, and operate a forklift when trained and authorized. Stock products, maintain inventory accuracy, and update a warehouse management system or inventory management software. Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping logistics while following trade compliance requirements. Use basic math and Microsoft Office to review records, resolve routine discrepancies, and support customer service. Maintain accurate cannabis inventory and tracking records in accordance with applicable regulations. Follow company procedures for product handling, labeling, packaging, and quality control. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics are preferred. Basic math, accurate data entry, and clear customer service skills are important. Experience with inventory management software is preferred. Familiarity with METRC or cannabis tracking system is a plus. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and distribution procedures is preferred. Ability to safely perform picking, packing, stocking, loading, and unloading tasks. Must be at least 21 years old. Strong attention to detail, organization and teamwork. Ability to follow California cannabis compliance and inventory procedures. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
