Overview: Title- Distribution Specialist - I Location- Frederick, Maryland, USA, 21704 Duration- 6 months contract Swing shift: 5 pm-2 am Department: Supply Chain Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Handle the day‐to‐day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities. Receive incoming shipments of non‐GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures. Dispense GMP materials to support production operations. Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed. Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials. Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions. Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate. Cross‐train in additional areas of the warehouse operations. Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material). Ensure individual employee training is up‐to‐date. Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection‐ready. Complete in‐house forklift certification. Perform additional duties as assigned. Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed. Candidate Requirements Degree – High School Diploma Knowledge of GMP environment Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment Top 3 Skills – Attendance and Punctuality.
