ConfidentialDistribution Specialist About the Role Golden Grail Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to support the accurate and compliant movement of cannabis products across our operations. This role coordinates order fulfillment, inventory transfers, documentation, and deliveries to ensure products reach their destinations safely, accurately, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, package, and stage wholesale and internal transfer orders. Confirm product quantities, labels, and documentation before distribution. Create and review manifests and maintain accurate records in METRC and company systems. Coordinate and complete deliveries between company facilities, retail locations, and wholesale customers. Safely load, transport, and unload cannabis products while maintaining product security and chain of custody. Obtain required signatures and documentation upon delivery. Communicate delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues promptly. Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, audits, and variance investigations. Maintain clean, organized, and secure vehicles, storage areas, and staging areas. Follow all OLCC regulations, METRC requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and company leadership. This description is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities. Additional tasks may be assigned based on operational requirements and the evolving needs of the company. Requirements 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Submission of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) authorization and approval through the company’s driving eligibility review process is required before operating any company vehicle. Continued driving privileges are subject to maintaining an acceptable driving record. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned locations. Must have an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit to be considered for employment. Permit costs are reimbursed after 90 days of employment. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and tracking systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous cannabis distribution, warehouse, delivery, fulfillment, or inventory experience. Experience with METRC or another regulated inventory-tracking system. Familiarity with OLCC transportation and recordkeeping requirements. Distribution Specialists must work at company facilities and travel to assigned delivery or transfer locations. This position is not eligible for remote work.
