Job Description The Distribution Services Support role will report directly to the Distribution Manager. This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer inventory and coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another. This individual will work primarily out of the Ontario Food Terminal location but will require the ability to travel to our 302 Dwight Avenue location regularly. This role requires the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, which may included occasional evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Build purchase orders and manage add on costs Review and adjust purchase order add on dates at month end Modify appropriate revisions for recognition to Canadian customs broker Process orders and verify prices • Item code creation and maintenance Prepare and maintain service rates Contact customers to confirm order details and shipping schedules Support the team with operations and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled Coordinate and communicate with regrade and repack facilities Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries Review, update, and monitor inventory Ensure accuracy in customer billing Candidate Requirements Qualifications: Demonstrated logistics and supply chain experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal ERP software Strong verbal and written communication skills Personal Attributes: Demonstrated organization and time-management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment Attention to detail skills to ensure data accuracy A quick learner with the ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment Team oriented with the ability to both take direction and be self-direction Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with external and internal contacts Job Information Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 Position Status: New Position Intended Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm AI may be used as a support tool in our hiring process.
