Distribution Operations Director

Director of Distribution & Operations Own end-to-end warehouse operations to drive high-volume performance, including inventory management , shipping , receiving , and logistics . Ensure fast, accurate fulfillment that meets strict customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead managers and large frontline teams to deliver operational results. Define, track, and improve KPIs for performance, quality, and cost. Optimize warehouse processes, layout, and systems to enhance safety and efficiency. Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and operational quality. Partner with cross-functional leaders to support growth, new initiatives, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-level teams in a performance-driven environment. Expertise in distribution/warehouse operations and continuous improvement. Data-driven mindset with strong KPI ownership and problem-solving skills. Ability to improve systems, workflows, and facility layout while controlling costs.
