Distribution Manager

Lead distribution operations across warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment. You’ll coordinate people, inventory, freight, and systems to keep products moving safely and reliably. This role calls for hands-on operational leadership, clear communication, and a focus on improving processes from planning through shipping and receiving. Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations, distribution, dispatching, fleet activity, and transportation planning. Oversee inventory management and control, purchasing, procurement, materials management, and order fulfillment. Coordinate demand and production planning with supply chain partners, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers and non-vessel-operating common carriers (NVOCCs). Monitor budgets and profit and loss (P&L); use supply chain analytics to guide decisions and manage costs. Your impact: By improving processes and coordinating teams, you help customers receive accurate orders on time while supporting safe, dependable operations. Skills Essential: Distribution, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and supply chain management; supervising or team management experience; managerial communication; budgeting; inventory control; process management; Microsoft Office. Systems and improvement: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems, and a warehouse management system (WMS); process improvement, Lean, and continuous improvement. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor or broader warehouse experience; transportation and demand planning; production planning; freight, shipping and receiving; forklift operation; AS400; procurement; fleet management; warehouse distribution; operations management. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
