• Direct daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic processes for improved productivity.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to achieve performance goals.
• Manage site P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and automation tools effectively.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular business reviews.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze operational reports to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience of Distribution General Manager:
• 5+ years managerial or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience in third-party logistics or contract logistics preferred.
• Proven staff management and leadership skills.
• P&L management experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.

Salary
$105,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience.
