Distribution Coordinator – Levy County

The Rock Program is looking for a dependable, organized, and mission-driven Distribution Coordinator serving Levy County to help ensure students have access to the essential items they need to succeed. Our Rock Rooms provide welcoming, school-based spaces where students can access clothing, hygiene products, food, school supplies, and other essential items without stigma. Through our Rolling Rock mobile outreach, we bring resources directly to schools and communities where they are needed most. What You’ll Do Coordinate Distribution: Organize and deliver essential items to schools and community partners throughout Levy County. Operate Rolling Rock: Safely drive the organization’s delivery vehicle, transport supplies, and complete routine vehicle inspections. Support Rock Rooms: Assist with setting up, organizing, and maintaining school-based resource spaces. Assist with Special Events: Help coordinate Formal Wear Boutique events for students attending prom, homecoming, and other special occasions. Manage Inventory: Monitor supplies, coordinate restocking, and maintain accurate distribution records. Engage Volunteers: Help recruit, organize, and support volunteers during deliveries, room setups, and special events. Build Relationships: Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and community partners to ensure reliable service. Maintain Accountability: Follow safety procedures and document deliveries, inventory, and volunteer activities. What We’re Looking For At least 25 years of age. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a cargo van and/or box truck. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel regularly throughout the service area. A dependable, flexible, hands-on approach to getting the job done. Experience in logistics, distribution, education, or community outreach is preferred. Ability to pass a Level II background screening.
