Medical/Dental/Vision on the first of the month following hire. ~ Paid vacations, paid holidays and sick days. ~Employee assistance program (EAP). 21.00-23.00 per hour, Depending on Experience. ~ Potential 90-day performance-based raise. ~ Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
Schedule: 6AM-7AM start time- Full-time- Shifts are typically 8-10 hours long. Must be able to work Sundays and holidays. Sanitation team members are responsible for general warehouse and building housekeeping and maintenance.
Sweeping floors, cleaning up debris in the warehouse, freezer and lunchrooms Sanitize restrooms and lunchrooms daily, including equipment Deep cleaning projects as needed Cleaning up standing water- utilize floor scrubber machine Regular trash removal from offices and warehouse area - utilizing forklift or riding pallet jack to empty garbage Complete daily SQF inspection log Main equipment used: bailer, trash compactor, electric riding pallet jack, forklift, floor scrubber and scissor lift. Must be able to work independently and communicate with the rest of the sanitation and operations management teams Willing to work near moving mechanical parts and in extreme cold (non-weather, warehouse temped at 36 degrees) Ability to read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations Observes and follows proper safety and food safety procedures; Privacy Policy | Charlie's Produce (charliesproduce.Compensation: USD 21.00 - USD 23.00 - hourly
