The Supervisor will direct and coordinate picking, induction, close out and pack out activity as well as other warehouse processes according to established operating procedures by performing or delegating essential functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintains the waving, coordination of picking and induction team members Leads 12-15 people facilitating picking of products, sortation of products and packing products Coordinates with manager to ensure proper priorities aligned prior to loading waves Targets daily wave close minimum Oversees the allocation of resources in Picking, Induction, Close Out and Pack Out Works with customer service to highlight discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise Perform process audits to ensure process is being adhered to Identifies processes improvements Ensures inventory accuracy and that staff are moving inventory correctly Shares performance feedback with subordinates and documents coaching conversations Performs other related tasks as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES Knowledge of ERP and WMS JASCI and P21 experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, Picking, Induction, Close Out and Pack Out Associates EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred Bachelor's degree preferred High degree of computer literacy preferred Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time Requires frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring equipment and materials OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
