Distribution Center Prep & Putaway Lead

Ready to lead the flow of goods? We’re hiring now for a full-time lead in our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment Center. If you like staying active, driving forklifts, and keeping operations safe and organized, this role is for you. Pick from several schedule options—choose when you work and how long your shifts are—so your job fits your life. What you will do Unload trailers/containers by hand and with powered equipment; stage and transfer inventory to storage locations. Move heavy items: frequently up to 100 lbs; occasionally up to 250 lbs. Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles safely. Put safety first—every task, every time. What you bring Comfort with basic warehouse computer tools and DC scanning systems. Ability to obtain a company-issued Forklift/PIV license where required. Solid counting, math, and measuring skills. Clear reading, writing, and comprehension of basic instructions. Reliable commitment to a full-time schedule.
