Pick orders accurately and stage them for shipment. Place and organize inventory in designated storage locations. Complete equipment checks regularly and report maintenance needs without delay. Follow all safety rules and procedures to protect yourself and your team. Partner with coworkers to hit daily production targets. Keep inventory records current and assist with scheduled cycle counts. What It Takes Valid forklift certification for Double Reach Truck and Order Picker. Hands-on warehouse forklift experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions precisely. Capacity to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks. Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude. Basic computer skills used for inventory and reporting.
