Distribution Center Outbound Operations Lead

We’re expanding—and looking for an outbound operations leader to elevate the flow of goods from our distribution center to our customers. Your Impact Keep the outbound engine running by coordinating pick tickets, routings, and labeling. Guard on-time performance through vigilant order planning and escalation of delays. Convert data into action—track missed shipments, run metrics, and report results. Be the hub of communication, driving swift responses to internal and external emails. What You Will Do Print and assign daily pick tickets. Schedule/request carrier routings and ensure routing compliance. Respond to emails promptly to unblock work and align stakeholders. Coordinate labeling requirements for off-price market orders. Prioritize upcoming and past-due orders; process group orders accurately. Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders; expedite inventory as needed. Run operational metrics; prepare performance and status reports. Track and remediate missed shipments. Meet all shipping, routing, and timeline targets. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform additional related tasks as assigned. What You Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor familiarity is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Leadership mindset with solid problem-solving ability; collaborative team player. Highly organized, detail-focused, and effective under pressure with multiple priorities. Forklift certification or willingness to become certified. High school diploma required.
