You transition seamlessly between a Double-Deep Reach Truck, a Dock Stocker, and a Walkie Rider—always with safety top of mind and inventory precision locked in. Your mission Own high-reach movements in double-deep racking—retrieve, put away, and replenish efficiently. Keep freight flowing by loading/unloading trailers and moving product to where it’s needed next. Complete transactions using RF scanners within our WMS. Inspect equipment daily and flag maintenance concerns early. Adhere to safety rules and productivity standards; help keep the floor spotless. Jump in to support other warehouse tasks as assigned. What it takes Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider. Previous work in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Forklift certification preferred; RF scanner know-how is a plus. Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and rock-solid reliability. Must-haves Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs. Must pass a forklift skills evaluation. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify). Reliable transportation required.
