At our Fairfield, OH facility, you’ll help keep products flowing smoothly to customers—accurately, safely, and on time. Compensation & Scheduling First Shift: $15 per hour Second Shift: $16 per hour What You’ll Tackle Intake: Receive inbound shipments, verify counts, and check for quality. Order Flow: Pick items, pack securely, and stage for shipment with precision. Inventory Care: Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking. Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Safety & 5S: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Team Goals: Collaborate to hit daily metrics and support teammates. All-Hands: Jump into additional warehouse duties when needed. Is This You? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Warehouse/logistics background helpful. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet. Detail-oriented with solid organization. Comfortable with basic computer tasks (inventory, labels, lookups). Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently. Open to various shifts and occasional weekends.
