ConfidentialLead the Flow of Goods — From Dock to Door Picture your day: you start by checking system queues, prioritizing inbound freight and outbound orders. You move seamlessly from a receiving bay—inspecting and counting product—to a pick line where you assemble palletized orders and hand them off to packing. Midday, you reconcile cycle counts, chase down inventory discrepancies, and update locations to keep the warehouse management system precise. Throughout, you operate forklifts and reach trucks safely, keep aisles organized, and lend guidance to teammates who look to you for process know‑how. What You’ll Do Handle inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping activities with accuracy and speed. Pick and verify customer orders, build pallets, and move product to packing stations. Receive daily freight: inspect, count, and enter items into the WMS accurately. Investigate and resolve issues with freight, inventory variances, and shipping paperwork. Execute and reconcile daily cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity. Maintain and update product locations; safeguard system data accuracy every day. Process and restock returns following established procedures. Monitor and act on system queues promptly and correctly. Load and unload trucks during shipping and receiving operations. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other lifting machinery safely and skillfully. Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a steady, productive pace to hit daily shipping and receiving deadlines. Offer operational support and guidance to team members on processes and systems. Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs. What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent (required). 3–5 years of warehouse experience (required). Strong grasp of distribution operations and inventory control best practices. Hands-on experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Certified to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment. Comfort with RF scanners and WMS platforms (DataWorks or similar preferred). Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions. Solid math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; professional communication with coworkers and customers. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Able to frequently lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs on a repetitive basis. Core Proficiencies Shipping/Receiving Forklift Licensed Packaging Experience Compensation Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
