About the Role Picture your day: you arrive at our distribution center, run a quick safety check, pick up your RF scanner, and get to work bringing clarity to inventory counts and quality checks. As our Inventory Accuracy & QA Specialist, you help keep the warehouse safe, orderly, and aligned—cycle counting garments, investigating discrepancies, processing damages, and pitching in across departments to keep product moving. Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM What You’ll Do Champion a safe, clean, organized, and secure facility. Conduct daily cycle counts of garments to maintain precise on-hand balances. Meet or exceed UPH (units per hour) goals set by your Supervisor. Execute triggered cycle counts based on exceptions and system prompts. Align product throughout the DC and label items as needed. Perform general inventory research to resolve variances. Process and document damages accurately. Apply efficient production methods to maximize throughput and quality. Assist other departments as business needs shift. Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor. What You Bring Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow work instructions to hit productivity and quality targets. Experience using RF scanners. Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Reliable, organized, and efficient; thrive in a fast-paced setting. Calm under pressure with strong time-management skills. Consistent attendance and willingness to work overtime when required. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift. Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods. Reach, pull, push, and lift items up to 50 lbs. of varied shapes and sizes. Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jack, box cutter, carts) with coordinated movements.
