Distribution Center Furniture Restoration Lead
ConfidentialDistribution Center Furniture Restoration Lead A day in your shop: You open with a quick stand-up, loading the morning plan into Product Quality and High Jump. Work orders are routed, repair bays are staged, and your technicians know exactly which pieces need triage, which require detailed finishing, and which customer claims must be fast-tracked. Mid-morning, you jump in hands-on—stabilizing a frame, coaching an upholstery repair, and verifying a color match—before reviewing quality checklists and updating claim notes. After lunch, you reconcile parts inventory, align priorities with receiving and outbound, and mentor a new tech on safe tool setup. You end the day closing out tickets, reviewing productivity metrics, and setting up tomorrow’s schedule so the team can hit the floor running.
