Distribution Center Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures. Verify product quantities and maintain accurate inventory records. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
