Distribution Center Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will support the daily movement, organization, and preparation of products throughout our distribution center. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments. Pick and prepare products for outgoing orders. Pack, label, and stage shipments according to company procedures. Move products and materials throughout the distribution center. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy. Maintain organized inventory and storage areas. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Use pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or other issues to a supervisor. Assist other warehouse team members as needed to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift and move packages and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a distribution center environment where temperatures and activity levels may vary.
