This role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing products for dispatch, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently with a team to meet daily shipping and distribution goals. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Organize products in designated storage areas. Verify product quantities and report inventory discrepancies. Update inventory and shipment records using warehouse systems. Assist with loading and unloading products as assigned. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow inventory handling, storage, and workplace safety procedures. Coordinate with team members to meet daily operational targets. Report damaged products, equipment problems, and safety concerns to supervisors. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting within the employer's stated limits.
