Apply today!Join our team as a weekend shift Area Manager and lead operations for the Picking team at our Camp Hill, PA distribution center. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee safety, efficiency, and team performance while driving continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesDirect and coach your team to achieve daily operational goalsEnsure compliance with EHS, quality, and safety standardsSpearhead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma toolsManage labor plans and make real-time decisions to optimize service and costLead daily shift meetings and contribute to production planningTroubleshoot WMS issues and support system improvementsParticipate in audits and resolve findings effectivelyIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support financial planningFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamworkSupport hiring and talent development within your departmentQualifications2+ years of leadership experienceDemonstrated experience working in a warehouse environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliarity with automated DC systems and RF technology is a plusKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAt Foot Locker, We Value Innovation, Authenticity, And Integrity In All That We Do. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
