Overview We are seeking a dedicated Distribution professional to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, and other qualified commercial accounts. The successful candidate will work to expand the availability of our products across approved markets, ensuring efficient distribution channels and optimal market coverage. Duties Develop and nurture relationships with existing retail partners, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, and other commercial accounts to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth. Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand product reach within approved markets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products to distribution partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased product placement and market penetration. Manage order processing, inventory levels, and logistics to optimize distribution efficiency. Maintain accurate records of distributor contacts, agreements, and sales activities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional efforts within distribution channels. Requirements Proven experience in distribution, supply chain management, or related roles involving relationship building with commercial accounts. Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain productive partnerships. Ability to identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans for expansion. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders, inventory, and records. Knowledge of logistics, inventory management systems, or related software is preferred. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and market development. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
