Distribution Associate / Fulfillment Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional overtime required during peak seasons Location: Bell, CA Envision LED Lighting is seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate / Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping and receiving and product movement throughout the facility. Previous experience safely operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts is highly preferred , as forklift operation will be an important part of daily warehouse activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load, unload, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing freight Safely and efficiently operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment Use forklifts to load and unload trucks, move pallets, replenish inventory, and transport products throughout the warehouse Palletize, stage, and organize products for shipping, receiving, and storage Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization and replenishment Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained Follow company procedures, forklift safety requirements, and operational workflows Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed Conduct basic pre-operation equipment inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment required Previous stand-up and sit-down forklift operating experience highly preferred Ability to safely maneuver forklifts in warehouse aisles, loading areas, staging areas, and around palletized inventory Experience loading, unloading, staging, and transporting palletized products using forklift equipment preferred Strong work history and demonstrated job stability required Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving preferred Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety procedures, equipment operation, and team communication Knowledge of warehouse and forklift safety practices and OSHA standards preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with Lean practices and 5S methodology is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment Ability to safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts for extended periods as required Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights up to 8 feet when necessary Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods and peak seasons Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you available to work occasional overtime?
