Distribution Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, processing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for distribution. Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely. Sort and distribute products to designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools as needed. Verify order accuracy and ensure products meet quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily distribution goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the workday. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks. Basic organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
