Distribution Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools safely. Ensure orders are processed accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to support efficient distribution operations. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Basic organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operations. Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus.
