Distribution Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for accurate and timely distribution. Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures. Sort and move products to designated storage and shipping areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Use handheld scanners and warehouse equipment as needed. Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage. Keep warehouse and distribution areas clean, safe, and organized. Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with job requirements. Willingness to learn new procedures and operate warehouse equipment safely. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
