Distribution Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Distribution Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. The Distribution Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare products and packages for outbound shipment Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles Verify product quantities and check items for damage Move inventory throughout the warehouse and distribution area Stock shelves, racks, and designated storage locations Assist with inventory counts and product organization Use pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies Work with team members to meet daily shipping and distribution goals Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Good attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment Pay: $23.40 - $28.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
