Distribution Associate

Job Overview Moona E.N.T Instruments is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to support the production, inspection, preparation, and movement of high-quality surgical instruments. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good manual skills, and an interest in precision manufacturing and medical devices. What You’ll Do Assemble, finish, clean, and prepare surgical instruments for distribution. Operate hand tools, manufacturing equipment, and precision instruments. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, functionality, and appearance. Follow work instructions, drawings, and production procedures. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Report equipment issues, material shortages, and production concerns. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety-compliant. Work with production and quality teams to meet order and delivery schedules. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work with small or precision components. Basic mechanical skills and ability to use measuring tools. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team.
