What We’ll Need The Analyst, Distribution is responsible for inventory visibility, inventory health, and cuts reporting across all product categories within the distribution network. This role provides proactive monitoring and analysis to identify inventory risks, product availability issues, and service disruptions before they impact restaurants. The Analyst partners closely with distribution partners, category Supply Chain teams, and the broader Distribution organization to maintain appropriate inventory levels across the network, identify potential shortages or excess inventory, investigate cuts, and support timely corrective action. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a sense of urgency and the ability to translate inventory data into clear, actionable insights. Manage inventory visibility across all product categories and distribution centers, monitoring inventory levels, weeks of supply, and product availability. Proactively identify and communicate inventory risks, including potential stockouts, excess, aging, slow-moving, and stranded inventory. Identify opportunities to rebalance inventory across the distribution network and support execution of transfers and other corrective actions. Own cuts reporting across all product categories, including tracking trends, validating reason codes, identifying root causes, and quantifying restaurant impact. Monitor inventory and product availability through supply disruptions, product transitions, LTOs, and other periods of elevated risk. Partner with distribution providers and internal Supply Chain teams to investigate inventory and service issues, drive resolution, and track recovery. Develop and maintain inventory and cuts reporting that provides timely, actionable visibility to Distribution and Supply Chain leadership. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, logistics, analytics, or related field preferred. Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Experience with inventory management, demand planning, distribution, or supply chain analytics preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and emerging risks. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple product categories, internal teams, and external distribution partners. Who You Are No job is too small.
