Dispatcher with Tow experiecne Monday-Friday with some weekends

*ONLY THOSE WITH TOW COMPANY EXPERIENCE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEED APPLY* Job Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers. - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and customers regarding their towing needs, concerns, questions, and various other topics. - Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other internal team members to ensure smooth operations. - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, directing them to management as needed or if requested. - Utilize Towbooks software for various tasks such as: input new tow requests, release vehicles from impound lot, and scan in police reports, IDs, and other documentation into the computer system. - Maintain accurate records of customer, body shop, lien holder, and insurance representative interactions and/or transactions using Towbooks software. - Maintain impound filing system. - Process monetary transactions using cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks. - Dispatch drivers as needed when the Head Dispatcher is unavailable to do so. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and time management skills - Must be detail oriented and be able to multitask - Geographical knowledge of the greater Columbia area is a plus - Proficient in typing and have basic computer skills - Knowledge of dispatching software such as Towbooks is a plus - Familiarity with dispatching and tow company operations is a plus - Experience with multiple line phone systems Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
