We are growing and adapting with the industry and are looking for an experienced Oilfield Dispatcher who wants to grow with us. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, experienced Dispatcher to manage daily trucking schedules while balancing customer needs and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for dispatching 30+ employees and managing over 300 rental assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles last-minute changes with confidence, and communicates effectively with drivers, customers, and management. Responsibilities: Dispatch and schedule hotshot trucks, winch trucks, and rental equipment Manage daily routes for 30+ employees and 300+ rental assets Adjust schedules throughout the day to meet customer and operational needs Communicate with drivers, customers, and management Track incoming and outgoing rental equipment Use dispatch and tracking tools (Samsara preferred) Requirements: 1+ year oilfield dispatch experience preferred 1+ year trucking industry experience Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Computer proficient (Excel preferred) Reliable transportation Schedule: Rotating 5 days on / 4 days off Half-day changeover at start and end of rotation Dispatch phone taken home at night Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off & Sick Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
