Dispatcher/Weighmaster

We are hiring for a full time Dispatcher/ Weighmaster at our Blossburg Office. This position will work Monday- Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm with some Saturday rotation from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm. Previous customer service and cash handling experience helpful. Ideal candidate will be detailed orientated, well organized, computer literate and have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone. - Utilize computer skills to input data accurately and efficiently. - Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate records. - Demonstrate computer literacy by navigating various software programs effectively. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. -Gaining weighmaster licenses and the ability to operate the scale system. -Coordinate and dispatch trucking with the foreman. - Answer phone to take orders for garbage customers and be able to dispatch drivers to meet the the needs of the customer. Attention to details are a must for this position.
