About the Role This is an on-site role at our Little Rock warehouse, and your prime task is medical courier dispatch and tech parts delivery dispatch. We hold critical parts on-site, and the moment a parts order comes in, the clock starts: you locate, pull, and stage the correct part within 20 minutes and get a driver rolling in 15 minutes, so we hit our contractual delivery commitment every time. Around that core, you'll also dispatch medical and pharmaceutical runs and a steady mix of smaller-account work — no two nights look alike. The most important thing about how you do this job is problem-solving. We need a real critical thinker who works the problem in front of them and figures it out — not someone who brings every snag to a manager. Going up the chain is the last resort, not the first move. But when it genuinely is the last resort, you escalate fast , while there's still time to fix it — not after the window has closed. We don't micromanage. Solve what you can, escalate only a true wall — out of drivers after working your whole list, or out of time — and never let a job quietly slip because it was easier to let it go. If something goes wrong, you own it early; we'd far rather hear about a problem in time to act than discover it after the fact. You'll also build real relationships with our overnight drivers, because a driver picks up the phone at 2 AM for someone they trust. What You'll Do Pull, verify, and stage parts fast and accurately — within 20 minutes of notification — and also get a driver moving to meet our contractual delivery windows and 15 minute dispatch window Dispatch a range of overnight deliveries — tech and replacement parts first, plus medical, pharmaceutical, and general time-critical jobs Run a multiline phone overnight — incoming client calls and a high volume of outbound calls to drivers Read and interpret delivery orders and emails, then relay accurate details to drivers Persistently work the driver list to cover overnight jobs; escalate only a true wall, and do it fast Keep calm and keep clients confident while you solve coverage problems behind the scenes Log every job accurately — times, signer names, confirmations — in our dispatch software Track jobs in real time, confirm pickups and deliveries, and leave a clear handoff note for the day shift Build and maintain dependable relationships with our overnight driver network Keep the facility tidy during slower hours — keep the floor-cleaning robot running, plus a weekly sweep and mop.
