Rolland SolutionsAbout the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service calls across the state by connecting customers with qualified technicians and subcontractors for safe installation, relocation, removal, and security service needs. The Dispatcher plays an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will manage daily service requests, coordinate technician schedules, communicate ETAs, resolve scheduling challenges, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for external technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Coordinate and dispatch qualified technicians and subcontractors to customer locations for reactive repairs and service needs. Schedule technicians and subcontractors for the installation, relocation, and removal of safes and other customer-requested services. Monitor open service calls and proactively follow up to ensure jobs are progressing toward resolution. Communicate scheduled appointments and technician ETAs to customers and provide updates when schedules or service details change. Request and collect additional information, including photos and documentation, when needed to help determine the appropriate service solution. Maintain accurate and detailed service records, communications, status updates, and pricing information in the company's ERP system. Manage the daily dispatch queue and prioritize service requests to meet department performance and productivity goals. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams. Negotiate labor rates, scheduling, attendance, and service-related pricing with subcontractors and vendors when appropriate. Identify and coordinate the appropriate resources and solutions to meet customer needs. Stay current on company products, services, security technology, and new solutions through ongoing training. Cross-train in other department functions to support team productivity and business needs. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manager. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when dealing with scheduling changes or service issues. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting service activity. Comfortable working with computer systems, email, and business software. Ability to learn security products, services, and technology. Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, field service coordination, security, low-voltage, construction, or a related industry is a plus. Why Join Us?
