Dispatcher - Second Shift

Duties · Coordinate and schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipments using transportation management systems · Monitor fleet movements via GPS tools to ensure timely arrivals and departures. · Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and clients · Oversee shipping schedules, freight documentation, and delivery updates to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations. · Analyze transportation routes and logistics data to identify efficiencies or areas for improvement in supply chain operations. Requirements · Proven experience (1-3 years’ experience) with transportation planning, logistics coordination, or dispatching roles. · Knowledge of GPS tracking technologies to support efficient dispatching. · Excellent analysis skills for route optimization, freight tracking, and problem-solving within fast-paced environments. · Ability to handle shipping & receiving documentation accurately while maintaining high attention to detail. · Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette to communicate confidently with drivers, clients, and internal teams. · A valid driver's license · Microsoft office: 1 year required Pay: $50k-$55k depending on experience Shift- Monday-Friday Hours: 4pm-12pm Benefits: Health Insurance Paid time off 401k Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
