Overview The Dispatcher, Sales and Data Entry role supports the coordination and documentation of freight and shipping activities. You will enter information accurately, communicate with customers and colleagues, and help keep supply chain workflows organized. Duties Enter and verify shipment, order, and customer details in data entry tools, including AS400, SyteLine, or transportation management systems. Coordinate freight movements and shipping and receiving updates with internal teams, carriers, and 3PL partners. Handle inquiries using phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems; share clear, timely updates. Review records and activity for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support routine analysis. Your impact: Accurate updates help colleagues coordinate shipments and keep customers informed. Requirements Required: Clear communication, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry and typing, attention to detail, and practical analysis skills support dependable coordination and recordkeeping. Preferred: Familiarity with transportation management systems, AS400, SyteLine, freight, supply chain operations, 3PL coordination, and shipping and receiving is advantageous; related experience communicating across teams can also help you contribute effectively. Pay: $18.15-$35.59 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote
