This role focuses on keeping drivers moving with well-planned, high-paying freight. Experience coordinating oversize freight is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Book flatbed loads and plan efficient driver assignments. Coordinate freight and driver schedules to support consistent movement. Apply flatbed industry knowledge to freight planning and dispatch decisions. Your impact: Thoughtful load booking and driver planning help drivers stay moving and freight reach its destination reliably. Qualifications Strong experience in the flatbed trucking industry, including load booking and driver planning. Highly motivated, proactive approach to keeping drivers moving. Oversize-load coordination experience strongly preferred. Good understanding of rates strongly preferred.
