Dispatcher Part-Time
Arc of MonroeThe Dispatcher coordinates and communicates daily changes in driver assignments, processes transportation medical billing, prepares fuel logs, and assigns miscellaneous trips outside of fixed runs. The Dispatcher also handles emergency communications between drivers and first responders in the event of a motor vehicle accident, answers telephone and radio calls, and records changes on master sheets and in Routing Box. The Dispatcher may be asked to drive runs as needed and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Plus two years of experience transporting passengers or dispatching in the Monroe County area. Requires a clean Class B or Class C Driver’s License The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
