North Star Towing, a family-owned towing company in Anoka, MN, is looking for a dependable, customer-focused dispatcher to join our team! As a dispatcher, you’ll be an important part of keeping our operation running smoothly while helping customers during times when they need us most. What We’re Looking For: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong math skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Anoka County and surrounding areas Ability to multitask, prioritize calls, and stay calm under pressure Dependable, organized, and professional attitude Vehicle knowledge is a plus! Dispatching or towing industry experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way! What You’ll Do: Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Dispatch tow trucks and coordinate service calls Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and other agencies Help ensure calls are handled efficiently and accurately Handle payments and related paperwork with accuracy Why North Star Towing?
