Dispatcher - Oil delivery
Hart Home Comfort* Job Summary * In need of a top performing oil delivery dispatcher for busy oil company. We are seeking a dedicated delivery dispatcher to help route our oil delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery processes, assisting in dispatching a team of drivers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. *Responsibilities* texting call before customers Routing and printing next day’s routes. Pulling back stops that can be held at end of day if a driver is running late & reassign for another day. Speak with drivers before they head in Provides customer service to both cod and full-service customers Assists drivers with various issues during the day. Handles driver incident reports Creating new cod accounts as needed. Process cod-fuel online fuel orders Assisting drivers with tablet issues Office Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30-5 pm from 4/16-10/31 11-7:30 & 1 Saturday per month (overtime) 8-4:30 from 11/1-4/15 If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for logistics and customer service, we invite you to apply for the delivery dispatch position.
