Dispatcher/Office Clerk

Customer Service/Scheduler needed for the locksmith industry. Prior "over the road" scheduling experience a plus. Responsibilities include answering 5-Line phones, scheduling service calls, maintaining strong knowledge of services, scheduling technicians' workflow, customer history data entry, emailing customers and preparing correspondence Qualifications and Requirements: Must have 1-3 years of experience, have proper phone & email etiquette & be a detail-oriented individual. Adapt to change well (company is rapidly growing) Literate in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel Experience in scheduling/dispatching appointments Able to multi-task in fast paced environment Desire to continuously learn and better yourself High energy, organized, reliable, self-motivated & responsible individual Problem solving skills Ability to pass a background check.
