Dispatcher/Manager

Job Description MHTC is seeking a Driver Dispatcher/Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet of trucks and drivers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and monitor drivers’ performance and conduct. Review and approve driver pay, work hours, work assignments, and routes. Report any issues with driver performance to management. Communicate regularly with drivers regarding customer feedback, maintenance needs, etc. Ensure that drivers comply with all state and federal regulations. Ensure that drivers comply with all company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean driving environment for the safety of the drivers, customers, and company assets. Keep track of inventory levels in the database for each route. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) may needed. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously required. Bilingual maybe helpfull Must know how to follow directions. Must be able to learn quick and remember info.
