Dispatcher - Logistics

Seeking service provider to serve as Dispatchers supporting our logistics and delivery operations across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania . This in-person position is based in Staten Island, NY and is central to coordinating routes, communicating updates, and helping ensure our deliveries run efficiently. Dispatchers are a critical point of contact for drivers and customers, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or familiarity with supply chain processes, freight, shipping, and receiving is a strong plus. Please Note: This opportunity is for 1099 service provider , not employees. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and withholdings, and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding independent work. Compensation & Schedule: Daily Rate: $180 per shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday Time : 2 pm - 11 pm Location: In-person work based in Staten Island, NY Key Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate driver schedules and routes in real-time Communicate clearly and promptly with drivers and internal teams Track delivery progress and notify customers of any changes or delays Use dispatching systems to maintain accurate documentation and delivery status Respond to operational issues and follow through until resolved Collaborate with internal teams to address delivery discrepancies or customer concerns Ensure procedures align with company standards and relevant delivery guidelines Qualifications: 2+ year of dispatching, logistics coordination, or route scheduling (preferred) Effective communicator with strong organizational and decision-making skills Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems Working knowledge of freight, shipping, and warehouse operations is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Availability for evening and weekend shifts Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Equal Opportunity Statement: Committed to providing equal opportunity for all applicants.
