Dispatcher /Load Booker

We are expanding our Ontario operations and are seeking a highly proactive Dispatcher / Load Booker/CSR who excels at coordinating time- critical freight and optimizing driver routes. Position Summary : The Dispatcher / Load Booking will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and booking freight within Canada /from Canada to US and Vice versa. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience building relationships with customers and carriers. Key Responsibilities: Book and schedule daily loads within Canada and cross-border shipments. Dispatch drivers, provide instructions, and monitor progress. Communicate with customers to secure freight. Manage and update load boards and transportation systems. Resolve service issues quickly and effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies. Build strong relationships with carriers and external partners. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or load booking (trucking / logistics preferred). Freshers can also apply.
