We are seeking dependable, motivated, and highly organized Dispatchers to join our growing team. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Position Summary Dispatchers play an essential role in our daily operations by coordinating towing and recovery requests, communicating with drivers, managing service calls, and assisting customers. The ideal candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, remain professional under pressure, and make quick, effective decisions. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining excellent communication with drivers, customers, law enforcement agencies, and management. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in towing dispatch, roadside assistance, or transportation dispatch is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize service calls in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn multi-line phone systems, two-way radios, and dispatch software. Good geographical knowledge of Miami-Dade and Broward County. Ability to coordinate drivers efficiently while maintaining accurate estimated arrival times (ETAs). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of towing operations, vehicle impound procedures, and applicable regulations is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Key Responsibilities Receive, process, and coordinate incoming towing, recovery, and roadside assistance requests. Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location, availability, equipment requirements, and service priority. Maintain constant communication with drivers using dispatch software, telephone systems, and two-way radios. Monitor active service calls and ensure timely response and completion. Provide accurate ETAs and service updates to customers, law enforcement agencies, and commercial accounts. Communicate professionally with police departments, government agencies, property managers, and customers. Maintain accurate dispatch records, service details, and driver activity logs. Assist customers with vehicle impound information, release procedures, and general inquiries. Handle multiple incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Resolve scheduling conflicts, service delays, and customer concerns efficiently. Coordinate with management to maintain smooth daily operations. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable towing regulations.
