Position Overview: The Dispatcher/CSR will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, scheduling plumbing service appointments, coordinating technician routes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments. Coordinate technician dispatch and optimize daily routes. Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers. Maximize appointment booking rates and technician utilization. Manage customer follow-ups, service confirmations, and scheduling changes. Maintain accurate records in the company's field service management platform. Support customer retention and service agreement opportunities. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience. Plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home services experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software preferred.
