Dispatcher - Full Time

Role Overview The Dispatcher oversees road service operations by communicating with Operators and providing customer support, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring trip performance, managing route schedules, handling emergencies, and resolving customer inquiries related to cancellations, no-shows, or missed trips. The role involves reviewing daily route performance and proactively addressing issues affecting service quality.
